Merriman Park Community Group’s Fun Day (supported by Street Parish Council) will be taking a fallow year in 2025, despite another successful event in September 2024.
This decision has been difficult to reach but had to give due consideration to the following factors: Merriman Park Community Group have lost two crucial members experienced in the delivery of the Fun Day and neither the group nor the Parish Council currently have sufficient resources to deliver an event in 2025.
Street Parish Council will explore holding another event instead (to be determined).
With regards to the Fun Day, to enable us to deliver a future event in 2026 we need more people to come forward to organise, support and deliver this event. If you are interested in volunteering or assisting with the organisation of a future Fun Day event, please contact:
