Upcoming works on land off – Somerton Road
We’re getting in touch to let you know that we’re preparing the site on Somerton Road for construction. You may notice increased activity on the land over the next few days.
Our contractors have now started some early works, including the removal of a section of hedgerow and tree roots. Once this is complete, the site will be fenced off and secured.
The main phase of construction is expected to begin later in the summer. We understand that living near a building site can be disruptive, and we’ll work hard to keep you informed of anything that might affect you during this time.
Before the main construction phase begins, we’ll provide plenty of notice and share details on how we plan to minimise any impact on the local community. We’ll write to you again with more information and timeframes closer to the start of the build.
